Ghassan Waïl El Karmouni is an investigative journalist specializing in economics and politics, with a keen interest in macroeconomic issues, public finances and energy. He is also an active member of several Moroccan non-profit organizations dedicated to greater transparency and democracy. Ghassan graduated from the University Hassan II of Casablanca in Business Economics and attended the research program in economic analysis and development in the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech.
