Since April 2014, Dr. Ali Mourad has been coordinator of research and electoral violations at the Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE). He received his doctorate in law from the University of Rennes, France, and the Lebanese University in Beirut. Previously he participated in the preparation of studies and publications concerned with electoral reform as part of a working team of experts and researchers at LADE. His field of specialization is EU foreign policy and Euro-Mediterranean partnership.
