The latest volume of collected articles and essays published by Bahithat (The Lebanese Association of Women Researchers) analyzes and contextualizes contemporary cultural practices and forms of entertainment applied by young people (aged 15-24 years) in several Arab countries and in the Diaspora, e.g. cultural expressions through television, music, reading, theater, communication, social media, technology, etc. The volume also explores the effects these cultural practices have on young people’s lives and on their perception of others, as well as the personal testimonies of young women and men in the Arab region.
